Precision Stainless utilizes only USA made stainless steel. We have specialized welding lathes and orbital welding equipment to produce uninterrupted orbital welds. All of our finished parts can be mill finish, fully polished or bead blasted based on your needs.

Sanitary Buttweld Fittings
Sanitary Buttweld fittings are used primarily in permanent installations. they get their strength through a process that begins with brite-annealed Stainless Steel tubing, which after welding, is fully annealed and polished. As with all our fittings, they meet all FDA and 3A requirements.

BPE Fittings
BPE fittings are easy-to-clean, fully annealed for stability and hydroformed to exceed the industry standard for dimensions and purity. Standard sizes range from 1/2″ to 4″.

Clamp Fittings
Clamp Fittings are the highest quality clamp fittings in the industry. We are the manufacture, so you can be assured we deliver sanitary clamp fittings that meet the standards you depend on. As the manufacturer, we are also able to meet any special or non-standard requirements.
I-Line Fittings
I-Line fittings are exceptionally rigid fittings due to the strength of the heavy wall male/female ferrule interface. Dairy and beverage companies depend on us for standard I-Line fittings, and the custom configurations we can manufacture.
Bevel Seat Fittings
Bevel seat fittings consist of plain ferrule mated to an ACME threaded ferrule. The ferrules are Tig welded to tube fittings that are fully annealed, which provides maximum stability. Standard sizes range from 1″ to 4″.
